A friend and I headed to Georgetown after reading a review for Georgetown Liquor Company. We were a bit early as it doesn’t open til 2 pm so we walked down the street and enjoyed an eclectic art gallery, a glass gallery and lunch at Stella’s. How great to see Georgetown coming alive. This is one of the oldest cities in Seattle and home of the famous fan-dancer Gypsy Rose Lee. Check out some old time Georgetown scenes from the movie Gypsy with Natalie Wood playing the famous stripper. It looks like another cool place is going in just under the Michigan St off-ramp and I can’t wait to see what the Sabey group has in store for the old brewery.
