We plan to invite a few more this next meeting. The conference area on the 40th floor is so nice, including wonderful audio -visual hookups and big screen displays, that we may decide to use it for future meetings, your opinion will be solicited at the this meeting. Read the review from last time here:

This time we are having Prime Rib main course from Daniels Broiler catered in, free wine and beer, BYO hard liquer, and hors d’oeurves, glassware, wait staff and trimmings from the Columbia Tower Club! We will even be giving out a random $100 gift certificate to Daniels Broiler to one lucky attendee!

Since the first meeting was 45 participants strong, the next one is expected to be 65 or more. We will re-invite one time the people invited the first time because 10 of them who were unable to attend requested it.

We will intentionally not start the meeting until 6:30, with open networking and food from 5:30 until 6:30 to allow people who work out of town to get through the traffic if it is anything like it was in November. Like last time, there will be an after-party in the Stratus Lounge on the 75th floor at 8:30, and another with special pricing at Daniels Broiler!

The food will be better, there will be tables and chairs and more room, and an even better entertainment venue for the next meeting: RSVP by filling out a profile in our forums, posting at least one comment, and then bringing that invitation to the meeting: active participants here and invited RSVP guests are welcome: you may RSVP using the button on the upper left of this page - you do not need a PayPal account, any major credit card will do. We will be video taping and video blogging portions of the next meeting! The winner of popular vote from the last Gong Show will be speaking: and five quick witted inspirational or informational speakers will compete in 3 minute forums (Gong Show Style) to speak next time..

There is alot of on-street parking at this time of day, and/or validation for the Columbia Tower garage will be available at $8.00 per vehicle. Tish Johnson is a Seattle native; through her real estate printing and marketing company, she identifies properties and markets them through networking and print marketing to secures buyers. Tish began investing in real estate in the Pacific Northwest in 1969 in Kent with projects including: Purchase print business and property downtown Kent (1969); Identifying, Purchasing, developing seven lots into single family homes in Kent’s East Hill (1976); Identifying, purchasing, short-plat subdividing and selling lots next to Meridian Golf and Country Club (1973); identifying/purchasing acreage along Green River - later purchased by City of Kent for New detention facility; identifying/purchasing Horse-breeders building in South Seattle and the 15 acres surrounding - later sold; negotiating and leasing office space in the New Columbia Center (1985-1988); leasing manufacturing space in Lake Union area; identifying/listing properties along Hwy 99 near Sea-Tac airport; identifying/purchasing industrial properties in fast growing Southpark.
