Israel wrote a blog post about the new business model designed around your web site, online networking, social media, and membership in the Columbia Tower Club with its affiliated clubs around the world.

Readers, what other venues do you suggest? Other business clubs, short-term conference space, private restaurant dining rooms, etc...?

Please be specific, rather than confirming that you rent hotel conference rooms too. :)

Here's my own suggestion (and I do not work for them BTW):

Regus Group rents office space and meeting rooms in 13 office buildings in the greater Seattle area including the 42nd floor of the Columbia Tower. They also have "virtual office" solutions with 16 to 40 hours of office time per month with full-time phone and/or mail support.

What I like best is the Network Access card. You can use the business lounge in every location in Seattle, 400 cities in the USA, and in 70 countries. Members also get discounted rates for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and business services.

You can meet prospective clients in a professional business environment, and then take them to a restaurant or social event.
