Positive review about the first meeting of Seattlenetwork.net Gong Show!

See thenationalnetworker.com , it seems we have a journalist in our group, who reviewed our first meeting, great reading!
We actually plan to invite a few more this next meeting. We will not be in the library, cramped and standing up, we will be on the 40th floor in the awesome conference area in January on the 16th, and in the upper bigger meeting rooms most of the rest next year. The conference area on the 40th floor is so nice, incuding wonderful audio -visual hookups and big screen displays, that we may decide to use it for future meetings, your opinion will be solicited at the next meeting.
Since the first meeting was 45 participants strong, the next one is expected to be 60 or more. We will re-invite one time the people invited the first time because 10 of them who were unable to attend requested it.
We will intentionally not start the meeting until 6:30, with open networking and food from 5:30 until 6:30 to allow people who work out of town to get through the traffic if it is anything like it was in November. Like last time, there will be an after-party in the Stratus Lounge on the 75th floor at 8:30.
We certainly appreciate the review: and the food will be better, there will be tables and chairs and more room, and an even better entertainment venue for the next meeting: RSVP by filling out a profile in our forums, posting at least one comment, and then bringing that invitation to the meeting: active participants here are invited: you may RSVP using the button on the upper left of this page - you do not need a PayPal account, any major credit card will do. We will be video taping and video blogging portions of the next meeting!
Being an SEO expert, I can’t help but notice that thenationalnetworker.com, while it is a great concept, is a very poorly optimized blog, and that, with their page rank of 4 already: if they had different title tags and <H1> tags built from the title of each post, they would over triple their rankings and traffic.
Since they are trying to sell advertising on the site, they should consider that encouraging comments and feedback from their readers (like we do here) would create more canvas, more pages, more hits, and better value for advertisers.
They should also look into inserting Google ads, and/or Adbrite ads onto their pages, so that the advertising sales can thus be automated, and they would be exposed to all the advertisers already advertising this way, creating instant revenues: a good example of this is at our client site (Real Estate Magazine) at http://rismedia.com - they have been able to cash-flow all of our efforts quite nicely, in spite of the gigantic clutter of their own advertisers and banners on the site.
Thank you, Lori Richardson, Northwest Bureau Chief for thenationalnetworker.com for you favorable review. We look forward to your participation next time!
